We are now looking for active support for the business management department:

Internal auditor*in with senior technical responsibility

(Entgeltgruppe 14 EntTV ITDZ Berlin / TV-L Berlin / 3rd ÄTV ITDZ Berlin) Strategic responsibility and further development of internal revision (IR) business processes at the highest level Responsible configuration of the business processes of IR with rules ( Rules of Procedure of IR) responsible design of structures and processes of an internal audit system according to regulatory framework conditions and professional standards (GIAS, IDW PS 983) Development of the revision plan with monitoring and control of work processes Decision on audits and consultations with the preparation of the audit report and evaluation of the audit findings Planning, monitoring, design and optimization of IR business processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, cost reduction and quality improvement of products and services Analysis of complex processes and identification of innovative optimization potentials Initiating the implementation of groundbreaking measures to increase efficiency It is essential to carry out the tasks:

Completed academic studies (Legal Sciences/Jura) with 1st and 2nd state exams Knowledge and many years of practical experience in process management, especially in the field of internal revision Finded technical and practical knowledge in change management as well as relevant analysis and diagnostic techniques, in particular for the construction and further development of internal revision Advanced knowledge and experience in implementing and monitoring compliance requirements, in particular in relation to internal audit Knowledge and application of relevant revision techniques (e.g. GIAS, IDW) Knowledge and experience in the application of MS Office products Knowledge of relevant legal standards (including GDPR and HGB) and steps to be derived therefrom Your willingness to submit to the extended safety review (SÜ 2) pursuant to Section 11 of the Berlin Security Audit Act (BSÜG)
