· Implementation of and participation in plan law procedures for federal motorway projects (plan setting, plan approval, failure of plan setting and plan approval, plan change),

· participation in the implementation of environmental impact assessment procedures;

· Participation in the implementation of pre-procedures and administrative disputes under the abovementioned points,

· Data management and data management.

Your profile:

That you should bring:

You have a completed university education (Bachelor/FH diploma) or a completed training for the management specialist or you are an official (m/w/d) with the qualification for the higher non-technical administration service in a comparable field.

· knowledge of VwVfG, VwGO and administrative cost law,

· Understanding technical relationships,
