You are responsible for the activation of our Employer Brand via digital channels, campaigns and platforms and support the strategic development of our employer's promise. You contribute significantly to the further development of our HR social media strategy and ensure relevant content along the Candidate Journey. You take responsibility for building and operating our global Instagram account and promote dialogue with our growing social media community. You continuously develop existing HR-relevant digital channels as well as platforms and identify new possibilities for increasing reach. You analyze target audience needs and develop effective activation and communication measures. You design and control global employer branding and recruiting campaigns for different target groups and make their results measurable. You coordinate the production of campaign content and work closely with internal and external stakeholders. You control agencies and external service providers and ensure efficient cooperation within our partner network. You are responsible for the visual company's presence at HR Events and continuously develop it in collaboration with our event management team.

You have a successfully completed degree with a focus on marketing, communication, media or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded professional experience in Employer Branding, Campaign Management and/or Social Media and digital marketing - ideally in the corporate HR context of a globally operating company. You have a well-founded knowledge in the construction, care and development of social media channels. You are characterized by a pronounced sense of targeted communication, storytelling and relevant content formats. You have knowledge of Paid Media and Media Planning as well as experience in managing agencies and external service providers. You convince with conceptual strength, a structured way of working, a pronounced organizational capacity and a good sense of trends. You combine analytical and conceptual thinking with a pragmatic hands-on mentality. You communicate safely in German and English, both oral and written.
