The SOS Children's Village Bremen is currently active in more than 20 locations for children, young people and families. In addition to outpatient support for education, caring for housing and in-house care, our portfolio includes school-related projects as well as open community work.

For our SOS Children's Village Bremen we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (33 hours/Where) Your task: At the SOS Children's and Family Centre Huckelriede in the Bremen Neustadt you will accompany children on their first important development steps. As part of the SOS Children's Village Bremen, we create a loving and reliable habitat where children can try, discover and grow as independent personalities. As part of a parental leave, you will be taken to a crib group with ten children aged 0 to 3 years. In the children's and family centre of Huckelriede, you will serve children of a crib group. You give the children security, a reliable framework and accompany them in their individual development. You teach social learning against the background of cultural diversity and foster a close educational partnership with families. You work closely in the multi-professional team and participate in the conceptual development of the institution. You always take into account the conscientious implementation of child protection and care protection.

Your qualifications and skills: You have completed training as an educator or a comparable qualification. Ideally you bring experience in work with children aged 0 to 3 years. Elasticity, commitment, flexibility and critique are the key features. A valuable and respectful approach to the background of cultural diversity is of course for you. You work independently, reliably and responsibly. Your handling of proximity and distance to the representatives is professional.
