As the main partner of a defi­nated area of responsibility, you will be able to consult experts and managers on a wide range of issues relating to employment and per­sonal questions and, if necessary, agree with the personal and/or the adjacent HR teams. You actively accompany change procedures, conduct employee talks and support, if necessary, in the case of pre-employees. In consultation with the team management, you will ensure that all HR and HR instruments are maintained and developed. You maintain close cooperation with the works councils and continue to develop them. In a variety of projects, you are working on the implementation of labour law requirements and the further development of HR topics and processes.

Successfully completed economic science studies with a focus on personnel, labour law, etc. or further education in the field of human resources etc. Multiannual practical experience in a comparable position Very good knowledge and experience in the application of industrial and collective labour law Experience in cooperation with works councils on matters subject to co-determination Safe handling of current MS Office applications German, good English skills are desirable Their personal attributes: a sophisticated analytical ability, consulting and coaching skills, service orientation and communication skills.
