The clinics for children and youth psychiatry in Hamm, Marl, Dortmund and Gütersloh are part of the LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen. Around 13,000 employees work here every year for more than 240,000 people. Together, the clinics offer 289 fully-stationary beds and 191 partially-stationary treatment sites in 13 day clinics. The Marl Clinic is a residential association with 121 seats for people with special care needs and an offer for outpatiently assisted living.

In close cooperation with the Commercial Directorate and its own deputy at the Marl site, your team will support the executives of our specialist clinics and the residential community in all personnel matters.

Cooperative management of the Human Resources Department and associated areas at all locations Consultation and support of the management of the company and the other executives of the institutions in all matters relating to collective bargaining, employment and personal representation Control and optimization of HR processes and overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the HR department Sustainable development of strategically relevant personnel topics with personnel development, such as employee retention, BGM, reconciliation of work and family Ensuring monthly payroll Participation in qualitative and quantitative personnel planning Creation and management of the personnel budget Participation in the positioning of the regional network and the LWL-PsychiatrieVerbund Westfalen as an attractive employer brand Designing a trusted cooperation with staff councils at all locations

a completed degree of legal or economics studies qualifying for the area of responsibility, as far as possible with a focus on human resources and/or proof of comparable knowledge and skills relevant management and leadership experience ideally in the hospital well-founded knowledge in the field of labour law, social security and tax law, human rights and hospital law practical experience in personnel and organizational development processes, project management pronounced interpersonal skills, communication skills, empathy and leadership skills Entrepreneurial thinking, service orientation, enforcement capacity and resilience as well as the ability to analytical and conceptual thinking Application security for MS-Office products and comprehensive knowledge in the SAP environment Willingness to mobility in the regional network and LWL-Psychiatriebund
