A task that challenges. The Recruiting & Employer Branding team is all about people - bringing the right talents to our attention and inspiring them with an outstanding Candidate Experience. As a working student:in Employer Branding - Content & Storytelling (m/w/d) you make the Bayernwerk an attractive employer - inward and outward: You can feel exciting employer branding stories in the company - whether special roles, projects, career paths or teams - actively join employees and prepare interviews, statements and other content for storytelling formats. You plan and coordinate the implementation of employer branding content across different channels - from LinkedIn to social media to internal platforms and campaign formats. In doing so, you control briefings and voting with recruiting, departments, communication, marketing and external partners: inside and make sure that content is complete and shared. You are actively working on editorial plans and thematic overviews, planning Stories predictively and unloading the team operatively - so that good ideas do not fail from lack of coordination. You’re puggling content overviews, documenting clean (e.g. in Confluence) and ensuring compliance with brand and CI requirements.

A background that convinces. You are enrolled at a university, preferably in a master's degree or advanced bachelor's degree in the field of communication/media science, marketing or comparable, and can ideally at least take us 20 hours/week. Support for 12 months. You have German knowledge on C2 level, bring a pronounced sense of language with you and write texts safely and stylisticly. You go open to people, communicate confidently and have no bareness to interview employees, to take photos or smaller videos - or to step in front of the camera. Ideally, you have first experience in content, social media or communication projects and actively contribute creative ideas. Organization is your strength - you work independently, structured and reliable and move safely in coordination loops with internal and external stakeholders.

Your studies are first: In the lecture period, up to 20 hours/week are possible, in the lecture-free period up to 37 hours/week - matched to your lecture and exam schedule.
