We are looking for a dedicated personality that strengthens and develops our company in the area of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). In this role, you take responsibility for work, health, environmental and fire protection – and contribute significantly to ensuring safe and sustainable working conditions. Your tasks: Implementation and monitoring of all operational and legal requirements in the fields of work, health, fire and environmental protection Implementation of internal audits as well as operational and workplace visits Monitoring and preparation of external audits and audits Close cooperation with management, departments, executives and external partners Planning and implementation of training and instruction Organisation and moderation of the Safety Committees (ASA) Description, development and maintenance of processes according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 in the quality management system

completed technical studies or degree as a state-approved technician Masterin with at least two years of professional experience Qualification as a specialist in occupational safety or willingness to qualify Qualification as a specialist designerin fire protection, energy management officerr or environmental auditer*in – alternative readiness to the corresponding training safe application in handling DIN standards and high readiness for continuous further qualification Experience with audits, quality management systems and legal requirements or pleasure in working deep Affinity for digitalization, digital tools and process optimization structured, strategic and solution-oriented operation strong communication strength, sense of responsibility and team capacity
