Specialist Time Management SAP HCM (m/f/d)

Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometers as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. To support our team in the recruitment and support of staff, we are looking for you as a specialist in SAP HCM (w/m/d).

You assume the technical responsibility for all topics of the time economy for approx. 1,700 employees and are available as a central contact person for technical questions You assist in the technical mapping and system implementation of statutory and collective working time regulations You advise executives, staff support and departments in time-consuming, collective and system-related matters You coordinate and optimize time-economic processes, working time models as well as the care and quality assurance of relevant data You control the implementation of new technical and technical requirements and work closely with central departments and the SAP HCM team You analyse issues relevant to pay, create evaluations, statistics and key figures and prepare them for addressing You contribute to projects, system developments and tests and actively promote the continuous improvement of the time economy

Complete studies in the field of business management with a focus on personnel, business informatics or a comparable subject or an equivalent qualification acquired by professional experience in the field of human resources management Very good user knowledge in SAP HCM, ideally with focus on time management (Modul PT) Knowledge of working time-relevant statutory and collective agreements Imprinted communication capability and secure and binding occurrence Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Ability to structured analysis and assessment of complex facts

That would be desirable: High IT affinity and security in dealing with Office 365 Good knowledge of the creation and evaluation of shift and working time plans Experience in the implementation of time management processes

Group of charges: E11 The remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
