In this position you create transparency across the entire portfolio of transformation and growth initiatives in operations. By identifying and harmonising new initiatives between sites and subsidiaries, you avoid redundancy and resolve conflicts of objectives. You develop strategic recommendations for synergy and sector-wide process harmonisation. With the establishment of a standardized framework as well as control via steering circles, you will ensure efficient initiatives management. You support operational planning and promote close cooperation in content or methodologically similar projects.

You have completed their studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences, computer science or business, as well as several years of experience in project, program or portfolio management for operations. You provide experience in the area-wide process control and the management of transformation programmes in order to successfully implement strategic initiatives. Your expertise in analysis and benchmarking ensures the effective prioritization of complex projects and establish robust models for control and status report reimbursement. In cooperation with the various areas of operation, you act as a proactive designer who is convinced by clear structures and methodological approaches. Analytical and structured working methods and fluent knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
