On the exclusive order of our client, we are looking for a management of technical real estate management (m/w/d) with a focus on property management and maintenance. Our client is a large company with several thousand employees and a large, self-used real estate stock, which is managed and developed in the long term. The focus is on sustainable maintenance, value-conserving modernization and the transparent control of technical measures across several objects. Technical priorities are structured, budgets and action plans are coordinated and implementation is coordinated with internal and external stakeholders.

We aim at leading personalities with experience in the management and active management of a portfolio. As Head of Technical Real Estate Management (m/w/d), you take over the control system an approximately 25 MA strong, decentralized teams and ensure that maintenance, modernization and standardization measures are implemented economically, sustainably and according to requirements.

Responsibility for the technical property management of the real estate portfolio with around 50 existing properties Guide and further development of a (partially decentralized) area with 25MA Priority, budgeting and control of all maintenance, modernization and investment measures (construction project management) Ensuring an economic, sustainable and legally secure building operation Implementation of the real estate strategy and management consulting Control of external partners as well as ensuring the time-, cost- and quality-oriented project realization Active stakeholder management at the interface between technology, operation and management

Studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification in real estate management Multiannual experience in the care of real estate assets and in the planning and control of maintenance and modernization measures Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge in portfolio planning, financing, cash flow analyses and reporting Entrepreneurial thinking, hand-on mentality and a good sense of economy and sustainable solutions Binding communication, natural leadership and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders
