You control the operational processes and the strategic orientation of a service unit with about 5 specialists and promote their individual development.

Through efficient order processing and proactive complaint management, You ensure that all customer concerns are always resolved in a precise and timely manner.

You continuously analyze relevant key figures and user feedback to sustainably increase service quality and establish future-oriented reporting structures.

You act as a central interface between production, quality management, logistics and sales to ensure smooth implementation of specific customer requirements.

You are driving forward cross-departmental innovation projects in the context of digitalization and personally support the key-account contacts in complex issues.

You provide a successful conclusion in the field of business management, logistics management, food industry or a comparable commercial discipline.

You have well-founded experience in customer care, ideally with touch points to the FMCG industry or food production.

You are characterized by a sovereign appearance and a pronounced solution orientation, which you can safely use in German and English.

You master modern IT landscapes, in particular ERP and CRM systems, and work highly structured and independent.

You bring the necessary fingertip feeling for the management of the staff or have the clear goal to prove themselves as a modern leader.
