Teamlead Payroll & Processes (m/f/d)

With your 3-person team, you take responsibility for a legally compliant, timely and high-quality pay bill for around 1,800 employees in Germany and don't hesitate to take part in your own operation. As a central contact person for social security checks, pay tax outside examinations and other official audits, you coordinate the preparation, supervision and refurbishment with internal and external stakeholders. You ensure the implementation of statutory, tariff and group-wide requirements and ensure that changes are integrated in our processes and systems in a sustainable manner. With your expertise, you will advise HR, executives and relevant specialist areas in complex wage tax and social insurance issues. You analyze existing payroll and HR processes, identify optimization potentials and actively advance their digitization and standardization. You can secure the interface management between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. You coordinate the cooperation of the Payroll team and promote the exchange within the HR area. If necessary, you work with national and international HR projects and bring your expertise to topics like e.g. Compensation, Compliance, Governance and HR Transformation. You provide relevant HR metrics and evaluations and thus supports data-based decisions in cooperation with HR and Controlling.

At least 8 years of well-founded professional experience in pay billing, ideally in a manufacturing company with corporate structures. In-depth knowledge of social security, wage tax and labour law as well as experience in dealing with collective agreements and business agreements. Detectable experience in the monitoring of social security checks, external pay tax checks and cooperation with authorities, health insurance companies and auditors. Very good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as SuccessFactors and a high affinity for HR systems as well as digital processes. Experience in implementing regulatory requirements as well as group-wide standards and guidelines. Embossed process understanding with the view for relationships, risks and optimization possibilities along the entire HR and Payroll process chain. Own initiative, implementation strength and the ability to develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions even in complex situations. Sovereign appearance, high consulting skills and joy in cooperation with different stakeholders at all levels. Good knowledge of English in word and writing (at least B2).
