Successfully completed business studies or commercial training with relevant professional experience. At least 5 years of practical experience as a funding manager, as well as sound knowledge in funding law and project management. Experience in the acquisition of funding and the implementation of projects and measures with support. Structured, independent and solution-oriented work and a good degree of work organization. High detail accuracy and understanding, a conscientious way of working and the ability to analyze numbers in contextual terms. Communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation.

Development and implementation of funding management: analysis of existing structures, creation of a comprehensive concept and optimization of the processes. Identification and assessment of appropriate funding programmes at EU, federal and national level for the company and identification of eligible projects within the organisation. Creation and submission of funding applications in cooperation with the departments, formulation of meaningful project descriptions for funding programmes. Network and stakeholder management: Promoting interdisciplinary exchange and building and maintaining relationships with funding providers. Developing binding guidelines and standards: developing clear guidelines for efficient funding management. Coordination and quality assurance of funding applications: monitoring of deadlines, financing aspects and evidence of use. Establishing an effective funding controller: establishing a reporting and control system for sustainable monitoring of funding. .
