Monitoring of demand planning and ensuring timely material procurement Creation, release and tracking of orders in the ERP system Management and adaptation of M3 M3 MRP parameters Cooperation with suppliers to ensure punctual deliveries Proactive management of delivery delays, deviations and bottlenecks Maintenance and updating of supplier data for smooth communication Optimization of stocks to avoid overstocks or bottlenecks Ensuring accurate master data maintenance in the M3 system Identification and implementation of improvements in procurement processes Participation in cross-departmental projects to increase efficiency Close cooperation with internal teams such as assembly, logistics, planning and customer support

Completed commercial training with focus on procurement, logistics or material management or comparable practical experience Purchase experience and experience in material disposition team skills, negotiation skills, strong communication skills and enforcement strength in German and English, Experience in handling ERP systems, as well as MS Office
