Senior IT-Administrator - Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (m/f/d)

We develop and manufacture customer-specific products with the highest standards of quality and precision at our location in Remchingen.

You are responsible for the smooth operation and the strategic further development of our entire Microsoft 365 landscape – from Exchange Online to Teams to SharePoint – and control client management via Intune. You will ensure the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure by implementing modern security concepts, proactively monitoring the system landscape and, in serious cases, quickly reaping. As a key contact person in change and incident management, you plan and guide challenging IT projects, such as migrations to M365, and work closely with other IT areas. With scripts in PowerShell or Flows in Power Automate, you identify automation potentials and optimize our IT processes to increase efficiency across the company. You act as a technical expert for our users, document solutions and ensure a smooth transfer of projects to the support team.

You bring at least 6 years of professional experience in Microsoft 365 administration or complex Microsoft on-premises/hybrid environments. You have a completed IT training, an IT degree or a comparable qualification. You are safe to use the Microsoft 365-Palette (in particular Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) as well as Azure AD / Entra ID and have experience in automation, such as PowerShell. Ideally, you have already worked with databases (e.g. SQL), interfaces (e.g. REST-API) and Linux environments. With your structured, solution-oriented working and communication strength, you are an enrichment for our team and our users. You speak German and bring good English skills to exchange in the IT world.
