Conduct and coordination of the chemical characterization team With the help of the organization of the laboratory building (renovation, equipping, collaborative production), as well as the development and implementation of new methods and methods for chemical characterization Ensuring compliance and implementation of quality standards and legal regulations Cooperation with other departments and external partners performing the tasks of a study director according to the FDA GLP requirements (21 CFR Part 58), and developing test strategies for customers

Completed scientific studies in the field of chemistry or a related subject (min. Diploma or Master of Science or comparable) Multiannual professional and leadership experience in chemical characterization and as a study director Knowledge of analytical-chemical methods and techniques, preferably LCMS-QTOF, TQ-GC-MS-MS, GC-MS, GC-HS-MS Insufficient software knowledge in the chemical-analytical field (preferably Agilent Masshunter) and sound knowledge of database usage (e.g. NIST, Chemfinder) in the field of chemical characterization Self-employed and structured work Very good communication skills in German and English
