As a “Automation Hub Consultant (m/w/d)” you act as a central interface for the design and development of digital customer solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform and secure their operational operation Your focus is on the analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes in the Workforce Management (MSP, RPO and VMS environments) with a view to automation and scalability Together with internal and external stakeholders, you advise on digital transformation and translate business requirements into efficient power platform solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric You conduct workshops yourself, identify automation potentials and prioritise use cases in the customer context With high solution orientation, you develop workflows, apps and process automation and integrate them into existing systems such as VMS, ERP or APIs In addition, you will oversee productive solutions, analyze errors and ensure compliance, data protection and audit requirements

You have completed your studies or vocational training in the field of computer science or business and you have at least. 2 years of professional experience in building automation solutions Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI or Microsoft Fabric, at best basics in data modeling, SQL and possibly Python, you bring with you and well-founded know-how in integration and process design e.g. APIs, specialist systems or end-to-end processes Also your understanding of compliance and IT security requirements Through your structured work, you control projects independently from analysis, conception and implementation With your communication strength and consulting skills, you will support different stakeholders both internally and externally You can clearly grasp complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions that create real added value
