Your duties Actively shape security culture: You drive global initiatives such as Safety+ and ensure that work safety is lived in all areas. People empower: You develop trainings and workshops that make our teams fit for safe work worldwide. Prevent accidents instead of analyse only: You identify risks, derive measures and support hotspots - so that we become safer together. Bringing forward digital solutions: You develop our safety tools (e.g. Quentic) and ensure that You can be used easily and effectively. Creating transparency: You prepare key figures and reports to provide real added value for management and teams. Set standards: You define global guidelines and best practices and promote the exchange of knowledge across countries and areas. Your profile Complete technical, scientific or engineering studies Additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) desirable Professional experience in the field of occupational safety/work protection, ideally with project and change management experience Experience with the further development of EHS IT systems (e.g. Quentic) Very good knowledge of German and English as well as strong communication and consulting skills Own initiative, stakeholder management and joy in international cooperation Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
