IT Security Manager (m/f/d)

Transfer of the CISO’s cybersecurity strategy to a concrete, tactical project roadmap and the derivation of technical and organizational measures Leading development and maintenance of the Cybersecurity Project Roadmap as well as the comprehensive control of the associated implementation projects Design and optimization of central cybersecurity processes (e.g. vulnerability, incident, risk and compliance management) in the role of Process Owner (m/w/d) central interface function between the CISO and other cybersecurity stakeholders (m/w/d) within the organization (e.g. ISB in the departments) Design and presentation of strategic management reports (e.g. portfolio status, TOM maturity) as well as sound recommendations for action for the CISO and CIO

Multiannual cybersecurity experience, ideally in a governance or strategic project management role Confidence with common IT security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, BSI) Experience in the management of complex IT (Security) projects Conceptual strength and ability to break down complex strategic goals in tactical and operational implementations Strength in target-group-oriented communication and the ability to communicate and moderate between CISO/CIO and technical experts (m/w/d) very good knowledge of German and the security to express you clearly and professionally on C1 level
