We are looking for a dedicated personality in the area of precious metals for the sale of high-quality precious metal bars. This body shall be placed under the transfer of workers.

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Sale of precious metal bars in gold and silver to customers • Responsibility for voting the cash register and the precious metal stock in the store • Processing of requests for service and discreet and conscientious handling of the customer's questions and wishes • Support and cooperation with the trading team and contribution to improving cross-border cooperation • Careful and proper presentation of precious metal bars in the store • General store activities (cleaning, filling etc.)

Your qualifications: • Completed training to/from the bank businessman/wife or comparable commercial training, also a cross-entry with • appropriate practice, e.g. from the sale in high-end retail or high-price segment (e.g. jewellery or luxury goods), • Features in the service hotline/call centre • Experience in customer support or technical support (ideally in Microsoft teams or similar software) • knowledge of cash management, complemented by customer and sales and service orientation • Ideally experience with switch business and with precious metals • Very good German in word and writing as well as security with MS Office applications • Basic knowledge of English • Very good written and oral communication skills • Experience in handling ticketing systems of advantage • Team spirit, independent and structured working and solution-oriented action, even in complex situations
