The purpose association KRZN provides the software SAP HCM for personnel management for its members, as well as other external municipalities (e.g. district and city administrations). With different HCM modules, the KRZN supports personnel handling in municipalities. The KRZN is looking for a dedicated reinforcement of our team in the SAP HCM consultation with the focus on personnel billing. You will be employed as an application advisor in the “Account” department at our site in Kamp-Lintfort and on request in the home office. You work within our team in the consulting and care of the module personnel billing and administration. Your tasks include: Analysis of customer requests and efficient problem solution (1st, 2nd level support) Support in the implementation of legal regulations in the system and ensuring the quality of implementation Introduction of new functions incl. Conducting tests in teamwork and rollout for users Implementation of quality checks and quality assurance measures Participation in overarching projects You continue to form in the team and actively drive our development standards

You ideally have a (technical)higher education degree in the field of computer science, public service/administration, e-government or the like, or a completed vocational training as a specialist informatics in the field of application development or comparable knowledge and experience You have extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and have well-founded knowledge and extensive professional experience in the field of human resources management, in particular personnel accounting for the public service (TVöD, TV-V, LBesG and LBesO NRW etc.) In the personal account you are familiar with social security, supplementary care and tax calculation You are open to new software solutions and have innovative ideas for implementing personal processes You process customer requests competently and solution-oriented, your pronounced communication skills and your organizational competence complete their profile In addition to your specialist, you will bring an analytical and independent way of working, which you can fully develop with us. You can rely on you as a team member at any time; the introduction of self-initiative and sense of responsibility is obvious to you; cooperation in teams and with different people has a high priority for you We require a secure handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and very good German knowledge in word and font (at least certificate level C1) Nobody is perfect!
