You bring: Medical Doctor (MD) qualification with minimum 5 years post-graduate experience Full medical registration and licence to practice in Germany Specialist training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Anaesthetics, ICU, Aviation Medicine, Tropical Medicine, or similar Fluency in English and German You are someone who: Wants to influence healthcare delivery beyond individual patient encounters Enjoys leadership, collaboration, and mentorship Is confident working across complex healthcare systems Thrives in roles combining clinical expertise with strategic and operational impact Experience with military healthcare systems, international healthcare coordination, or evacuation medicine is compromise but not essential.
