You support our training management along the recruiting process for trainees, dual students and pupil interns, among other things at assessment centers as well as in the implementation of events for the target group training/dual study with You support our entire recruiting process for work students and professionals – from job alerts to communication to interview planning and participation with applicants You take individual HR projects independently along the entire employee life cycle

That's what you bring: In order for your student internship (required in the Study Regulation and includes at least 3 months) to be meaningful with us and you can fully develop your skills, it is important that you bring a few experiences and knowledge on specific topics. You are a student of a degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology or comparable to the focus of staff Experience in Recruiting is desirable Team skills and joy in changing tasks as well as working with different interfaces and disciplines You are communicative, solution-oriented and committed A structured, independent way of working as well as the ability to clearly prioritize and implement tasks on time Embossed organizational talent with a high degree of structure and sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and good English supplement your profile In order to complete the requirements, a Schufa-Auskunft and a guidance certificate are also required in the final selection process.
