Own layout planning of construction projects in the existing and new building from the design phase to the completion – Focus Industrial Construction

Development of specifications and schedules for various construction projects in close cooperation with the internal specialist departments

Cooperation and coordination of external service providers and planning offices

Cooperation with authorities and other external interfaces

Recording and analysis of the building stand with focus on structural fire protection

Creation of measures to ensure and sustainably improve the building fire protection, taking into account the industry-specific and operation-specific fire hazards and the associated risks for new and restructured buildings and for existing buildings

link function in cooperation and coordination of fire protection measures with authorities and other internal and external bodies taking into account the economic, technical and legal frameworks

Consulting internal departments and support for building management in fire protection issues

Coordination of fire protection concepts and proofs, fire protection opinions, escape and rescue plans, firefighting plans, fire protection regulations, etc., and verification of compliance

Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture or civil engineering with additional qualification Alternatively: Successfully completed technical training or comparable qualification Job-relevant practical experience in the HOAI performance phases LP 1-5, preferably in industrial construction Safe handling of standards such as VOB, HOAI and relevant DIN standards Knowledge of relevant CAD software (Nemetschek Allplan) Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and basic knowledge of SAP Analytical, cross-disciplinary and connected thinking as well as problem-solving ability, readiness to learn and understanding of technology Own initiative and willingness to perform, enforcing and a resilient, convincing personality Good English knowledge of word and writing Low travel readiness
