The Munich company currently operates over 6,000 public video screens in U- and S-Bahn stations, in suburban railway stations, airports and shopping centres in Germany.

For our location in Hamburg or Munich, we are looking for an employee IT Operations & Support Mediensysteme (m/w/d).

You independently monitor and control our digital media installations (Hardware & Playout) You analyze and eliminate interference in the digital media network with the help of special software You can classify external and internal interference messages, forward them to the right areas and communicate the solution For a smooth flow of information between operation, IT and support You present the team and your tasks in corporate management and represent the digital operation

You have a degree in the field of media, IT or a comparable training - we would like to give cross-comers a chance: You are interested in technical processes around digital media systems You understand cross-disciplinary relationships in practice and solution-oriented You have good German skills, go routined with Windows systems and standard applications You work independently and quickly find yourself in new tools and systems You ideally bring first experience with surveillance or playout systems
