For our hybrid integration of MEMS sensors and semiconductor wafers, we are looking for experienced CMOS Device and Reliability Engineer to join our team. Your key responsibilities includes: Assessing the impact of the hybrid integration process on CMOS device functionality, performance, and reliability

Implementing measures, search as reliability models, within the design environment in collaboration with the design support team

Building a comprehensive, cross-project, and cross-domain knowledge base

Creating qualification plans for sensor modules, organizing the execution of reliability tests, and evaluation the results

Performing root cause analysis and problem-solving in the event of issues and failures

Personality: Outstanding problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, structured and systematic way of working, curiosity to discover new areas Working Practice: Experienced in collaboration with international teams of experts in IC design, MEMS design, MEMS process integration Experience and Knowledge: Strong technical background and 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, semiconductor technology or technology-related IC design Languages: English, German is a plus Education: Completed Degree of electrical engineering or comparable qualification
