Senior Site Manager Structural Engineering (m/f/d)

As a superstructure manager of structural bridge construction (m/w/d), you pull the threads and coordinate all internal and external project participants for an efficient project sequence: Technical and economic overall responsibility for demanding projects in bridge and construction engineering. Guidance and further development of construction managers as well as coordination of the entire construction site team. Sovereign negotiation with contracting entities, subcontractors and authorities. Monitoring of costs, dates and quality as well as ensuring on-site safety at work. Continuous process optimization and resource planning to increase project efficiency.

A completed study in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification. Insufficient professional experience in the building management or superstructure management, ideally with a focus on the construction of bridges. Designed leadership skills and the ability to steer complex project teams in a targeted manner. A strong negotiation skills and the necessary sovereignty in handling demanding customers and partners. A structured and result-oriented mode of operation combined with high operational readiness.
