We are looking for you as a specialist trainer:in Netzdisposition (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Berlin site. Your tasks: As a specialist trainer:in network disposition, you carry out the exam preparation for operationally active employees of the network disposition as part of the assignment at the workplace For this purpose, you will carry out practical training measures and training courses for the further training of employees of the MRP, including trainings in the application of prepared spurious cases programs. In addition, you coordinate user-friendly, cross-disciplinary workshops (train traffic controllers, MRP, EVU) and perform the administration and training of “operating live” for network disposition You initiate the creation of work instructions as well as instructions and information related to the qualification of employees in the network disposition Instruction plans for new train coordinators for the Fernbahn headquarters you will work out and start screenplays for practical training Among other things, you will participate in the preparation of the FIT Lecture for Disponents and in workshops on training development (e.g. FIT Expert Team)

Your profile: You have a successfully completed degree or a completed specialist or are currently in specialist training with a focus on railway operations In addition, you bring one of the following qualifications: train coordinator:in, operating process data manager:in or train traffic controller You have very good knowledge of control systems (including input, statistics & analysis of train data, LeiDis-N) When it comes to the application of the Code Directive 420.9001, you are competent: You like to work proactively and feel responsible for your topics You are very trained with working on PC and using the usual software applications like MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) you can handle routined Embossed communication strength completes your profile
