As R&D Manager, you conduct exciting national and international research projects in the field of autonomous driving to integrate automated mobility into the IT systems of the ÖPNV. Here you are leading the projects from initiation to coordination of implementation to the final report. Be part of our dynamic team and shape the future of mobility together with us! The following tasks await you: You stand in active dialogue with our technology and sales teams as well as product management regarding the integration of automated mobility into our products In your role, you represent and present research results at internal and external events You acquire new research and pilot projects and funding In addition, you are an expert on autonomous driving in the ÖPNV, author of specialist publications and stand in exchange with science and industry Occasionally you attend thematically matching graduations or interns

A completed study in the technical field (e.g. transport, mobility management) or a comparable qualification You know the industry and get inspired for public transport. Ideally, you can experience autonomous driving in the ÖPNV context At best, you have already gained experience in the acquisition of research projects and funding You are creative and independent and work on new and changing topics motivates you You have fun in international teamwork and like to take occasional business trips Embossed communicative skills and safe knowledge in German and English in word and writing
