You are trained by top-qualified instructors in all kitchen areas. You will learn a lot from the ground to your craftsmanship. Since we do not have convenience products in the Hanse Lounge kitchen, you will get to know a lot of different foods every day and learn to process them professionally. This will be very good for you in your final exam as well as on your further professional journey and will give you a good basis for a successful career in the gastronomy/hotel industry. You will alternately have a six-week vocational school block abatement and will be trained at our company.
