Project Management Redispatch / Integration Decentralized Flexibility (m/f/d)

As a project manager, you are responsible for the organisation and coordination of an innovative project to develop new potentials from electric cars, heat pumps and home storage for the Redispatch (Redispatch 3.0). Throughout the entire project period, you ensure compliance with project objectives, budgets and quality standards. You work closely with internal specialist departments and external stakeholders and bring their excellent expertise to market, operational, economic and regulatory processes and framework conditions to find innovative solutions for strategic issues In your role, you represent the project both inward (centre of knowledge, management, etc.) and outward (events etc.) and make the necessary decisions in the project You are part of the program management “Future Flexibility” – with development perspectives via the project management runway

You have a degree in energy technology, ideally with subsequent doctorate In the project management, you have gained practical experience and score points with extensive methodological knowledge, so that your project team can be successful. You have in-depth knowledge of Redispatch, legislation, regulatory, system management and market design Thanks to your very good communication skills and your safe occurrence, you will be able to prepare and present complex topics in an address-oriented manner. You negotiate cleverly, think and act strategically – and are characterized by their own initiative and enforcement
