Senior Product Owner with a focus on Insurance IT (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical leadership of the entire IT product team contract – in close cooperation with the product owners of the individual agile teams. You provide orientation through clearly prioritized product targets and control the further development of the contract system (new functions, migrations, linking further insurance sectors). You accompany the IT product over the entire product lifecycle and ensure high technical quality as well as stable, service-oriented operation. You are the central contact person: in close cooperation with technical and technical stakeholders – from specialist departments to IT to management and external partners. Together with team management and Scrum Master, you will promote the continuous development of the team.

Complete study of economic informatics or a comparable qualification with a clear technical background. Multiannual experience (approximately 5–10 years) in IT product responsibility, ideally in the insurance environment – based on a well-founded technical start (e.g. IT development, system integration or application support) and a consistent further development towards specialist topics, stakeholder management and product ownership. Multiannual practice in agile cooperation; professional leadership experience of cross-functional agile teams is a clear plus.
