Deputy Head of the Joint Audit Office in the Faculty of Arts, coordinating the cooperation of the Examination Board with the subjects of the Faculty of Philosophy and the CAU Campus Management team, Representation of the Faculty of Philosophy in the working groups established by the Bureau for the establishment and improvement of the structures in the course, module and examination management, participation in the preparation and revision of the statutes, orders and documents relating to the matters of study and examinations, participation in process development and process management, participation in the ongoing digitisation of the administrative processes and the provision of information; organisational preparation and processing of tests and their documentation with the HIS-POS and HISinOne EXA exam management systems; Advising students and examiners of the Faculty of Philosophy's degree programs in matters of examination procedures and the interpretation of examination regulations, partly in English.

a completed university degree course in the General Administration (Diplomverwaltungswirt/in FH) or a Bachelor of Arts “General Administration / Public Administration” (FH), another Bachelor degree, primarily in an economic, social or spiritual science subject, or at least five years of activity in the examination office of a university for the administration of Bachelor and Master's degree courses, detectable very good knowledge and practical experience in electronic data processing (text processing, spreadsheet, application of databases), very good German knowledge (min. C2) in word and writing. Personal skills: very good oral and written communication skills, an independent, efficient and service-oriented mode of operation, a quick conception as well as loadability and team capability. Remarkable are: knowledge of higher education structures, experience in the application of legal regulations, experience in the management of personnel, detectable good English knowledge (mind. B2).
