Senior Team Lead Logistics (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processes from emission to packaging to operational care of our sorting system and control of our shipping service provider You lead a team of around 20 employees and create a working environment in which cooperation and appreciation are of course You plan the personnel deployment and secure a smooth process in e-commerce logistics together with your team You conduct regular feedback talks and help your employees develop their potential You actively contribute your ideas to optimizing workflows and logistics processes and shape changes with SAP EWM supports you as an important tool in everyday work

You have already gained first experience in the leadership or development of employees and are delighted to take responsibility You bring first professional experience from logistics, production or a comparable environment with You work structured, keep an overview in dynamic situations and like to organize You have fun finding solutions together with your team and continuously improving processes You can easily handle digital systems. Knowledge of SAP EWM is an advantage You are ready to work in a weekly change in our two-layer model:breakfast: Monday to Saturday, 6:00–14:00 Late shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:00–22:00
