• Development and maintenance of maintenance instructions including presetting times and lists, as well as work and test protocols for military equipment
• Compilation and further development of spare parts packages (catching) according to Lean standards
• technical research and logistical support in repair orders and the collection of capacity for repair in the HIL support points and corresponding planning
• Creation and further development of standards for technical qualification in the maintenance sector
• Working with Lean Projects and CVP Measures as well as organizing and implementing workshops for technical staff at HIL GmbH

What you bring:

• a completed minimum. 3 years of professional training (e.g. car mechatronics (m/w/d)) with additional qualification Master, technician, farmer, etc.
• a safe handling of MS-Office and SAP S/4 HANA, as well as experiences in lean management
• good knowledge of the relevant technical regulations of the Bundeswehr
• Self-employed team player with a performance- and result-oriented and self-sponsored work
