Then you are right at our P1.1 station in the Vivantes Klinikum Spandau: here you control nursing processes, promote your team and actively develop care for patients. The P1.1 station is specially designed for the reception and treatment of patients in acute mental crisis situations. The department at the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics provides a protected environment that allows effective crisis and emergency intervention. The area specialises in treating all psychiatric emergencies. We offer comprehensive diagnostics and an individual treatment approach. 24 beds are available. We rely on evidence-based methods and integrate various therapeutic interventions to support the patient's recovery process. Management, professional management and organisation of the station in close cooperation with the nursing director and close cooperation with the medical management and other professional groups Operational control of station sequences including recording, occupancy and dismissal management Staff deployment, service and holiday planning as well as incorporation and targeted development of employees Ensuring the quality, efficiency and performance of care through analysis and optimization of structures and processes Ensuring holistic care and professional communication with patients, relatives and employees

Completed training as health and nursing staff Care compartment Qualification for station management, e.g. by studying in nursing / health management or a corresponding further education (min. 1,000 hours) Multiannual professional and leadership experience Secure computer skills Representative leadership, organisation and moderation skills and skills in the leadership of employees Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
