As part of your training, you will be employed in various departments of our production plant and will receive a comprehensive overview of the technical processes. The focus is on material and tool preparation, production and quality assurance Comprehensive insight: You are going through various departments of our production plant and get to know the technical processes from scratch Setting up and upgrading: Operation and adaptation of modern injection moulding machines and their peripherals Process monitoring and optimization: Ensure optimal machine settings New developments: introduction of new tools and programming of handling systems Quality assurance: implementation of quality assurance measures

Successfully completed upper secondary school or a good primary school degree Technical understanding and good spatial imagination Self-working and high understanding commitment, readiness and motivation
