You support our team as Application Engineer, Application Team VW Group, Business Unit Mounts (w/m/d)

Strategy: Support for sales in the acquisition of target projects, including technical presentations at the customer Analysis, identification and solution of development-related customer requirements taking into account dates, quality and costs Ensuring the profitability of projects across the entire product lifecycle through active change and cost management Customer orientation: Central technical contact for the engineering teams of our customers Building and maintenance of long-term, trusted relationships with relevant technical functions at the customer Close cooperation with the customer side to ensure customer satisfaction and promote sustainable growth Project management: Own-responsible control of the assigned projects according to internal processes (e.g. APQP, VC ProMap, ECR, Multi Project Board) Overall responsibility for quality, costs and appointments in all phases of the project – from the offer phase (RFQ) to the serial output (EOP) Accompanying product and production processes in close coordination with the customer Ensuring transparent and effective communication in the project team Conducting regular internal and external project reviews and reporting of project status Support for ongoing production and ensuring robust production Cost management: Planning, monitoring and management of the budget during the entire development phase Conducting design and optimization initiatives as well as supporting works on production-relevant topics to improve earnings contributions (e.g. VAVE)

Complete bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a comparable technical discipline Analytical thinkability as well as pronounced communication and presentation skills – also in the international environment Experience or expertise in AVS/NVH products Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Teamability, enforcement strength and sovereign handling of conflict situations High readiness and motivation for personal and professional development
