Technical and commercial project management: Coordination between purchasing, factory planning, production and construction management for optimal project execution Examination of work plans and contractor offers for technical and economic feasibility Technical preparation of construction projects and support in the construction process Verification of assembly requirements and coordination of assembly dates.

Complete technical training or studies in the field of civil engineering, construction engineering, craftsmen or comparable qualification Funded knowledge of contract and VOB/B Technical understanding of construction processes Negotiating skills, enforcement strength and entrepreneurial thinking Safe handling of MS Office.
