Working Student Agile Project Management (m/f/d)

Stuttgart wants to become climate neutral in 2035. The Stadtwerke Stuttgart-Group plays a leading role in this goal. As a motor for the energy transition, the Stadtwerke Stuttgart intends to reduce CO2 emissions up to a quarter of the Stuttgarter and thus make the largest individual contribution. We focus on everything the energy transition has to offer: green electricity from solar and wind energy, heat from renewable sources and services related to energy efficiency. We remain technology-open and test innovations such as hydrogen. We are leading the development of charging infrastructure. The energy transition does not go without network infrastructure: The Stuttgart network is also part of the Stadtwerke Group as a network operator. More than 800 employees are currently working for the entire municipal works group, which will grow considerably in the coming years due to the upcoming tasks.

You will become part of our interdisciplinary full-power project with various subprojects and contribute to the development of the program with your visualizations and analyses. You can support us for 12-20 hours on two or more days a week.

Visualization of content:You visualize complex facts in our projects in PowerPoint and Miro Project Management Tools:You’re planning tools for program and project management like Miro and Monday Support of the program management:You support the double-head of our setup program in the preparation of agile events, documentation & review of the results Cooperation in projects:You will work on projects related to CO2 neutrality and renewable energies according to your personal interest

Course of study: You are registered in the field of economic engineering, economics, economic psychology, renewable energies, sustainability communication, economic informatics, social sciences or comparable Agile methods and project management: First experiences in project management and agile methods are beneficial, but you can also deepen these in our activities Knowledge of Power Point or Miro: You have a high interest in visualizing complex content and bringing good design skills into PowerPoint or Miro with Interest in organisational development: You are interested in agile methods, organizational development, multi-project management and New Work Self-employment: You are happy to bring your communication skills and independent working in a motivated team
