As a project assistant Mobile Helper (m/w/d) in the educational work of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. (JUH) take over the following tasks: You organize and manage the Mobile Helper project and its subprojects. You prepare project dates, workshops and meetings and carry out protocols. You maintain project documentation, overviews and storage and update project-related documents. You support internal and external communication, are central respondent and coordinate voting. You work in funding and reporting and provide evidence, tables and documents. You coordinate service providers, pick up offers and agree appointments. You support the care of volunteers and organize smaller actions as well as shipping and information flow. You perform general administrative tasks in the daily business.

You bring a professionally appropriate completed training or a relevant study. You have detectable professional experience of at least 2 years in the field of administration or project management. You work quickly into new topics and work on tasks structured and independent. You have organizational talent, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented working. You like to work in the team, communicate clearly, friendly and empathy and bring a high level of service orientation. You perform binding, reliable and professionally and also keep an overview in challenging phases. You use digital tools in a sovereign way and work quickly into new systems (e.g. project-related software). You identify with the aims of a non-profit, Christian organization.
