The Schwarz IT KG is the central IT service provider for the selection, provision and operation as well as further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In this way, the Black IT provides IT services for both the purchase country and Lidl as well as for the Black Service KG. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up requirements of the specialist areas in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

You strengthen our team as part of the 2nd level support for NON-SAP systems You take over the monitoring of data processing and support operational operations related to purchasing processes You process and analyze tickets related to your area You are blossoming on the following topics: Continuous optimisation of support processes and operation of proactive and reactive problem management to avoid sustainably disruption You create the interface between business consulting, IT development and the disciplines related to incident, problem or change management You are the contact person (m/w/d) for our colleagues in Germany and abroad You stand in exchange with adjacent teams and work on the documentation and know-how transfer in the team

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (economic) informatics, business administration or a completed IT training Ideally you have basic technical knowledge, IT skills and a good process understanding You will bring process knowledge from purchasing and master data management You draw your attention through a strong analytical capability, your communication strength, customer orientation and joy in team work You like working in an international team We benefit from your good knowledge of German and English JOBV1_EN
