Our existing living-with-service facility at Sydowstraße in Eilenburg will be extended in 2024 by additional accommodation units in Puschkinstraße. About employees of the outpatient care Leipzig-Schönefeld we provide our tenants of the service life in Eilenburg with outpatient care services. Since our employees are much on the go, we place particular emphasis on regular exchange and open communication. We always have an open ear and take into account individual needs in service planning.

Your future tasks with us:

• Professional body-related care measures and treatment care

• Implementation of the care concept, quality processes and care standards

• Consultation of customers and their relatives on care issues

• Digital care documentation and evaluation of care planning

• Communication with doctors and pharmacies

• Guide and support of care workers
