For our staff office at our location in Berlin we are looking in full time at the next possible time:

Projektmanager (m/w/d) Co-ordinating and (strategic) contributing to reporting to the shareholder, the Supervisory Board and third parties including the design and creation of quarterly reports, decision-making templates and presentations as well as necessary decision-making Organizing, preparing and reproducing management appointments and committee meetings including invitation management, logging and monitoring of action points building and maintaining a central documentation (protocols, decisions, correspondence) and responsible for formal and content quality; Ensure an active time and deadline management Strategic further development of committee work by analyzing relevant topics, developing recommendations for action and process optimization as well as further development of reporting to the partner, e.g. by redesigning reporting formats

Successfully completed university studies in law, natural or human sciences or a comparable degree programme Finded professional experience in the creation and design of documents with compliance with deadlines Impressed organisational strength, sense of responsibility and enforcement Structured, independent and political work, combined with a strategic view and operational implementation strength Embossed communication competence, also in dealing with different stakeholders High level of teamability, confidentiality and reliability Ability to capture complex facts, to prepare them for address and to develop targeted solutions
