As a production employee (m/w/d) in Ditzingen, an exciting task awaits you in a dynamic environment. You will be part of a motivated team that is committed to smooth and efficient production. You are directly involved in the production process and contribute significantly to maintaining the quality standards. The work is done in the 2-shift model and offers you the opportunity to introduce yourself with your own initiative and commitment while you serve and optimise modern production facilities. Your main responsibility lies in the operation and monitoring of production facilities in order to make the processes smooth and efficient.

• Operation and monitoring of our production facilities in the production process.
• Roughing and cleaning of the machines at the start of production or after the end of production.
• Compliance with process parameters and documentation of results in line reports.
• Processing and testing of traceability documents and control weighing.
• performing necessary work during product or film change.
• Participation in optimization teams to improve production processes.
• simple maintenance work on the equipment.
