Senior SAP CX Consultant Sales & Service Cloud V2, full-time/part-time (m/f/d)

As a Senior SAP CX Consultant, you are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our SAP Customer Experience Platform, focusing on SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2. You advise our departments as Trusted Advisor in the digitization and optimization of sales, service and customer processes and develop future-oriented end-to-end solution concepts. You take the technical responsibility for complex requirements and tax their implementation together with internal and external partners. You actively promote the further development of our CX landscape and introduce best practices, innovations and current SAP strategies into the organization. You evaluate requirements regarding standard proximity, scalability, wartability and cost-effectiveness and ensure a sustainable solution architecture. You create integration scenarios between SAP Sales Cloud V2, SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and other business applications. You accompany transformation, migration and introduction projects within the SAP CX landscape and are responsible for the continuous development of the platform. You support architecture decisions, releases, upgrades and the introduction of new features within the SAP CX portfolio. Together with the team, you will ensure a stable, secure and efficient operation of the solutions and support third-level support.

You have a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. You have several years of practical experience in consulting, implementing or developing SAP Sales Cloud V2 and/or SAP Service Cloud V2. You have already accompanied complex SAP CX projects independently and can safely manage professional and technical topics with different stakeholders. You have sound knowledge of modern sales, service and customer experience processes as well as their technical implementation in SAP CX solutions. You have extensive experience in customizing, solution architecture and configuration of SAP CX applications. You bring practical experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite as well as API and Integration Architectures. Ideally, you have already successfully implemented integration scenarios between SAP CX solutions and SAP S/4HANA. You have pronounced analytical skills, a high process understanding and the ability to translate complex requirements into sustainable solutions. You convince by a sovereign appearance, strong communication and moderation capabilities and experience in managing internal and external stakeholders. A self-sponsored way of working, high consulting skills and strategic thinking skills characterize you. Very good German knowledge (at least C1) as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
