The full and timely billing of fare, compensation payments and transport contracts is your own responsibility. You actively shape the construction and maintenance of a sales reporting system and create a reliable basis for performance and quality analyses. Precise forecasts and monthly receipts are part of your area as well as professional data delivery for planning and financial statements. You ensure the support of the ticket sales system as well as the income database (Access) through a conscientious data management and continuous further development. In specialist committees and project groups, you represent our interests confidently and align business objectives with traffic contractual requirements. You proactively drive the identification of optimization potentials to continuously improve our processes in sales and traffic contract management.

A completed study in the field of economics, mobility, business informatics or a comparable qualification forms the basis for your entry with us. You bring enthusiasm for the ÖPNV as well as the municipal sector, and you can ideally have the first professional experience in this area. A strong understanding of numbers and planning and strategic thinking skills are the key to your work in complex analyses. You can safely control the MS Office package, have profound experience in maintaining access databases and are versed in dealing with BI reporting systems. Experience in Management Reporting allows you to prepare complex data volumes according to the recipient and to create clear decision bases.
