The HR accounting and application support is assigned to the personnel billing. In addition to personal care, this is a part of the staff section. The task of HR accounting and application support is, among other things, the payment of fees including Taxes, social security, pensions and the adaptation of the SAP HCM and time management system to customer-specific requirements. Cooperation in projects e.g. introduction of new time management program, conversion to S4/Hana etc. Care and adaptation of working time models Implementation of changes in tariff, pay tax and social security law in Customizing SAP-PA and SAP-PY HR Accounting and Application Care Certificates and reporting and correspondence with social security institutions, offices and financial authorities Adaptation of the SAP system to customer requirements

Complete Business Studies or Comparative Study in IT/Fachinformatics/Administration or Completioned IT-close Commercial Vocational Training Ideally multi-year professional experience in payroll accounting Good SAP knowledge in PA, PY and PT Experience in SAP-Customizing Very good MS Office knowledge Teamability, own initiative and resilience Interest in optimizing and changing workflows and introducing new ideas
