To strengthen our team we are looking for a full-time, unlimited and full-time Global ESG Manager (m/w/d) Your tasks: Strategic development and implementation of a global ESG strategy in line with corporate objectives and industry best practices Heading and coordination of the Global ESG Committee and anchoring ESG priorities in business decisions and operational processes Control of climate-related initiatives, in particular to reduce Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions Responsibility for the orientation of the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) and for climate transformation planning Processing customer-driven requirements in the field of decarbonization and sustainability Definition and implementation of ESG standards for suppliers and corresponding audit processes Implementation of human risk analyses along the value chain Ensuring alignment with current and upcoming regulatory requirements, in particular in connection with the EU supply chain directive / CSDDD Responsibility for ESG reporting and disclosure obligations, such as CSRD and UN Global Compact Ensuring data quality, consistency and transparency across ESG systems and tools Control compliance with ESG ratings and standards, e.g. EcoVadis Central ESG contact person for PE owners, investors, rating agencies, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders Creation of ESG-related documents for board meetings, roadshows and investor communication Strengthening Kelvion’s ESG Equity Story with a Possible Exchange or Sale Monitoring of ESG-KPIs and performance indicators and benchmarking against competitors Identification of potential for improvement and promotion of innovation and ESG competencies throughout the organisation

Your qualification: completed studies in the field of sustainability, environmental sciences, business management or in a related field; further university degree is desirable More than 10 years of experience in the field of ESG, sustainability or related fields Detectable successes in managing global ESG or transformation initiatives Experience in complex, international matrix organisations Funded knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards and regulatory requirements Very good knowledge of relevant ESG standards and ratings, such as CSRD, UN Global Compact, EcoVadis, MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS or S&P CSA Strong strategic and analytical thinking and the ability to translate ESG topics into business-relevant measures Embossed stakeholder management and strong influencing across different hierarchy levels, functions and cultures Experience in managing change programs and building global ESG communities High level of self-responsibility, implementation strength and sense of responsibility Embossed communication skills and a cooperative, structured and action-oriented leadership style Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Our success is based on cooperation – we promote diverse thinking, listen to each other and appreciate each individual voice.
